Details

Made using young tea buds and leaves, white peony tea is one of the least processed tea varieties out there. It originates from the Chinese province of Fujian and boasts a delicate, floral taste.

BENEFITS

Compared to other types of tea, white tea is the least processed. It’s made of young tea leaves, which are rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Not only does this infusion taste delightful, but it also helps detoxify the body and boost the immune system.

FLAVOUR

White peony tea is characterised by a light, delicate, yellowish colour. Its flavour boasts some subtle sweetness, a hint of flowers, and a slightly earthy aftertaste.

HOW TO BREW IT?

Pour 2–3 g of tea leaves into a cup, then add 180 ml of water (at around 70–85 °C). Let infuse for about 2–4 minutes. If your body’s craving some honey or a different kind of sweetener, feel free to add some!

Ingredients: organic Chinese white tea.

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place.
