GOOD FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS
Make sure to replace the water filter every 3 months or whenever you’re prompted to do so by the coffee machine. If you use a water filter regularly and replace it on time, you’ll only have to run the descaling program once 8 water filters have been replaced.

First of all, make sure to remove the old water filter and throw it away. Afterwards, run the descaling program on your appliance (see the user manual of your coffee machine), then insert a new filter and activate it.
All of these water filters are designed to do the same thing. The only thing that differs is the manufacturer.

Yes, that’s absolutely true! It’s essential for you to replace the filters on time though: otherwise, the coffee machine is very likely to request you to run the descaling program earlier.
