With six unique brewing modes, you can enjoy flawless filter coffee brewed exactly as you like it. Discover a variety of flavours at home through customisable taste settings and automatic presets! The modes available include Fast, Gold Cup, Strong, My Brew, Pour-Over, and Cold Brew. To fine-tune the flavour of your coffee even further, you can adjust bloom time, flow rate, and brewing temperature with ease. 

PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Truly delicious filter coffee requires precise control over brewing temperature, flow rate, and contact time. Luckily, this filter coffee maker from Sage offers all three!

1. PID control: Digital temperature control delivers superior coffee by helping users extract the finest flavours. The thermocoil heating and pump system with PID temperature control provides adjustability and precision far greater than that offered by traditional horseshoe-shaped heating elements. 

2. Pump: Choose from three different flow rates to optimise contact time.

3. Thermocoil heating system: The thermocoil heating system delivers water that is purer than that provided by typical aluminium brewing systems.

4. Adjustable water temperature: Choose anywhere from 92 to 96 °C.

COFFEE THAT MEETS THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

Select the Gold Cup preset to have your filter coffee maker automatically adjust the brewing settings so that they meet the standards set by the Specialty Coffee Association. 

“STEEP & RELEASE” TECHNOLOGY

Sage’s innovative “Steep & Release” valve automatically controls the contact time between water and coffee when brewing volumes of up to 500 ml or making cold brew coffee.

“MY BREW” MODE

This mode allows users to customise any brewing parameter, including bloom time, brewing temperature and flow rate, to suit the particular coffee they’re using—whether it’s floral, fruity, earthy, or marked by any other flavour.

DUAL FILTER BASKETS

Brew as much coffee as you like using the flat-bottom and cone filter baskets, both included in the set.
