This is a great alternative to mulled wine! Some winter spices, a pinch of chilli, and all shivers are guaranteed to be gone after the very first sip! Why not add a dash of rum while you’re at it? Or, if you feel like enjoying something spicy during the warmer months, try mixing this drink with ice.
Preparation: add about 25 g of cocoa to a 250-ml glass, then mix with warm milk (~75 °C). Do not mix this cocoa with water. Dairy products aren’t your thing?.. Then replace them with a plant-based drink, such as soy or almond milk.
