Nougat is a sweet treat made from whipped egg whites, sugar, honey and almonds. Various other nuts or fruit are often added. Keeping family traditions alive, Vital has been producing nougat in Belgium ever since 1926. It uses natural ingredients only and adheres to the recipe created years ago by the family’s grandfather.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds 28%, glucose syrup, pistachios 2%, honey, invert sugar, egg white, wafer (potato starch, olive oil), natural vanilla flavour.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature of around 10–25 °C, with relative humidity at or below 60%.
