Details

“Yaguar Sangria” combines the taste of Brazilian yerba mate with the refreshing, sweet, fruity flavour of a traditional alcoholic beverage from Spain.

*****

Traditional sangría is made from dry red wine, poured over a selection of fruit and left to infuse for several hours so that the captivating flavours and aromas mingle. “Yaguar Sangria” reproduces this taste perfectly! Slightly smoky in flavour, yerba mate pairs excellently with apples, strawberries and citrus fruit. Lemongrass and mint add a refreshing note. Finally, the whole composition is tied together by aromatic flower petals.

Strength: medium (3/5).

Bitterness: balanced, with noticeable bitterness (3/5).

Preparation method: add water at a temperature no higher than 80 °C.

Ingredients: 88.4% yerba mate, marigold petals, lemongrass, lemon peel, orange peel, rose petals, mint, apple, strawberries, sangria flavour. The product may contain peanuts, nuts and cereals containing gluten.

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture.

Why Yerba Mate?

The indigenous South American tribes considered mate tea to be a gift from the gods. This should come as no surprise, given its amazing properties:

– NATURAL SOURCE OF CAFFEINE. Healthier alternative to coffee.

– AMAZING FLAVOUR. Delicate and slightly bitter. You’re guaranteed to love it!

– SUPPORTS YOUR METABOLISM. Helps curb appetite and aids digestion.

– LOTS OF VITAMINS & ANTIOXIDANTS. Exactly what your body needs!

*****

Jaguars have always been symbols of power amongst the indigenous tribes of South America…

…just like energising yerba mate tea infusions!

“Yaguar” has been created to honour both the dignified predator and the rich biodiversity of its native continent. The teas from “Yaguar” are produced from carefully selected leaves grown in the tropical forests of Parana Basin, South America. Thanks to traditional drying techniques and an eighteen month-long maturing process, these yerba mates boast particularly harmonious flavours and a high caffeine content.
