“NEO Flex” is the newest addition to the Flair family of espresso makers, and will replace the original “NEO” moving forward. “Flex” has been designed as the simplest, most affordable way to brew a quality cup of espresso. This was done by swapping the metal frame for polycarbonate, all without losing performance.

In contrast to the original “NEO”, “Flex” features two standard portafilters: “Flow-Control” and “Bottomless 2-in-1”. As a result, users are allowed to choose a brewing experience focused on either convenience or control, all while improving their espresso skills.

– A kettle to boil water with (a temperature-controlled kettle will result in more precision, but it isn’t necessary)

– Freshly roasted coffee beans (for the best results, ground your coffee beans freshly)

– A burr coffee grinder (bladed grinders produce inferior results, but high-end burr grinders aren’t necessary either—just use the “”Flow-Control”” portafilter to obtain an excellent cuppa)

– NOTE: when using the “Bottomless 2-in-1” portafilter, an espresso grinder of a higher quality is required
