“PRO 2” allows for the highest level of manual control of any of the Flair espresso makers. The brew head is larger, hence letting you set different ratios and dial in your extractions with the pressure gauge. Maintaining all the performance of the original “PRO”, “PRO 2” features four key upgrades, namely:
