The La Pavoni “Cilindro” coffee grinder is made by hand in Milano, Italy, which is why it has no equals in terms of product design. Its body is made of chromed aluminium and an anti-slip base is mounted to increase the stability of the grinder.

BEAN HOPPER IN TRITAN

The bean hopper of this grinder boasts a capacity of 500 g. The material it’s made of—TritanTM—guarantees a BPA-free and impact-resistant bean container.

FLAT BURRS IN HARDENED STEEL

Flat burrs result in particles that are more homogeneous compared to those produced by conical burrs. Hardened steel guarantees durability and excellent performance. At 50 mm, the burr diameter is close to professional, while the burrs themselves are able to grind at a speed of 1.2–1.6 g/s.

STEPLESS MICROMETRIC GRINDING ADJUSTMENT

The grinder features a regulator knob with stepless micrometric grinding adjustment. Stepless grinders boast an infinite number of grind settings, allowing you to fine-tune the grind, and therefore the extraction process too. This makes such grinders ideal for espressos.

LCD DISPLAY

Using the LCD display, you can select a single or double dose, control time settings, select the continuous mode or use the lock function. The continuous mode (which is, in fact, manual dosing) lets you dispense coffee for up to 60 s.

GRINDING SWITCH AND SUPPORT

When pressed, the switch lets you start or stop the grinding at any moment. The support has been designed to fit different types of portafilters (lever and semi-professional). Its height can be adjusted to increase or decrease the distance from the coffee outlet.
