The secret behind MoMe’s delicious, smooth cup of hot chocolate lies in its unique recipe. A core made of subtle ganache, then covered in fine Belgian chocolate allows the mix to melt faster and results in some truly incredible flavours.
Preparation: immerse the stick in 165 ml of hot milk, then stir.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, salted butter caramel 8% (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk, whipped cream (milk), Isigny salted butter 3.7% (milk), Guérande salt, emulsifier: lecithin (rapeseed)), anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), natural flavouring. Cocoa solids: 32.5% minimum. May contain traces of hazelnuts.
