The new electric Fellow “Stagg EKG” kettle for pour-over coffee lovers. Minimalist and elegant design. The body is made of high quality stainless steel, covered with matte black paint. It has weighted handle which provides counterbalance for greater stability when pouring. This kettle has gooseneck, which allows to reach precise and controlled pour. Brewing coffee with Chemex, Hario “V60” or any other pour over will be more consistent and enjoyable.
THE KNOB
Easily choose your desired water temperature from 57 to 100 degrees Celsius with simple and easy to use knob.
LCD SCREEN
A discreet, black LCD screen indicates desired “Set Temperature” and “Real Time Temperature”, and the illuminating element shows the progress of heating process.
HOLD OPTION
When the toggle on the back is switched to HOLD mode, the kettle will maintain your desired temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius for 60 minutes. When the toggle is not in HOLD mode, the kettle will go to sleep after reaching set temperature.
BREW STOPWATCH
After your water has heated, use “Stagg EKG” built-in Brew Stopwatch to time your extraction.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF
The kettle turns off automatically after 15 minutes in standby mode.
