Sweetbird has captured the true essence of pistachios, creating a syrup that’s rich, nutty, and utterly irresistible. This blend of classic roasted nut notes contains real salt to complement its richness, bringing the full spectrum of salted pistachio goodness to a wide variety of drinks.

Pairing perfectly with lattes, hot chocolates, frappés, and even matcha lattes, this syrup can be combined with other syrups too. For example, why not add a dash of Middle East to your favourite drink using a combination of “Pistachio” and “Rose”? Or perhaps you’d fancy a “Pistachio” and “Raspberry” frappé instead?

This syrup boasts an authentic pistachio flavour while containing no nuts or other nut-allergen components. To mimic the distinctive taste of pistachios, Sweetbird uses natural flavourings that are commonly found in nature, but are in no way derived from nuts.

Ingredients: sugar, water, natural flavourings, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.  

Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Once opened, keep sealed with a pump or lid, and ideally use within 2 months.
