Each SERIE GRIGIA machine features brass details on the cup frame, complimenting each shade of gray and adding to the unique vintage look and feel. The gray and brass detailing has been achieved using an immersion painting technique, which results in a long-lasting, high-quality finish that you’ve come to expect from “Rocket Espresso”.

The “Rocket Espresso” R Cinquantotto incorporates technology taken directly from commercial “Rocket” coffee machines. This is a professional tool designed for brewing the perfect coffee at home.

DUAL INDEPENDENTLY OPERATED BOILERS WITH PID TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The machine boasts dual independent boilers (0.58 and 1.8 l) controlled via the PID system. This ensures temperature stability and ideal coffee taste. 

COMMERCIAL ROTARY PUMP

Used in commercial coffee machines, the rotary pump works quietly and enables you to use water from the internal water tank or connect the machine directly to the water supply.

TOUCH-SENSITIVE COMMUNICATION POD

The appliance is controlled via a touch-sensitive communication pod connected to the machine. From now on, there’s also an automatic on/off function. The pod is easy to remove when needed.

SHOT TIMER

The correct extraction time is absolutely crucial for a perfect espresso. To make it easier to follow, this coffee machine has a built-in digital shot timer.

STYLISH AND PRACTICAL
