Compared to traditional lever models, the force required to operate this machine is reduced by almost 50%. A safety clutch system is also introduced. With “Leva”, you can adjust both pre-infusion pressure and maximum extraction pressure delivered by the lever piston, hence personalising the brewing process and attaining consistent shots. With over 2500 hours of testing, “Leva” sets a new standard for the reliability of mechanical systems.
