Individually wrapped teabags, presented in a charming box with a pattern inspired by morning birdsong.
The English breakfast tea became something of a national drink in England when word got out that Queen Victoria was a fan. Walter Whittard was quick to follow suit, creating his own distinctive blend from a selection of different tea gardens in the West Java region. This tea is particularly delicious when served with a splash of milk.
The company Whittard of Chelsea was established by Walter Whittard, who opened a tea shop in London in 1886. The loose-leaf tea “English Breakfast” has been the clients’ favourite for well over a century now.
