2-in-1 tamper & leveler Rocket Espresso Silver

The “Rocket” 2-in-1 tamping and levelling tool allows the barista to be more efficient and consistent in their coffee brewing ritual. The profiled side of the tool distributes coffee grinds in the portafilter evenly before tamping with the reverse side. This results in proper extraction, prevents channelling and ensures that espresso shots are more consistent and repeatable. Moreover, it’s fully height-adjustable depending on the dose of the coffee used. The tool features a high-quality stainless-steel construction, with an anti-slip design and a “Rocket” logo engraved on the side.

How does it work?

After grinding coffee into the portafilter basket, place the levelling tool on top of the portafilter. Twist the levelling tool 2–4 times without pushing it down. The profiled base distributes the grounds. Flip the tool and tamp with the reverse side.
