LOCKED AND LOADED

Fill the portafilter with your freshest espresso grounds, tamp down, then lock the portafilter in place.

JUST ADD HOT WATER

Your hot water gets delivered to the heat-insulating glass-composite pressure chamber by simply raising the lever arms. From now on, it’s zero energy consumption: this manual espresso machine leaves electric pumps in the past.

RAISE, THEN LOWER

Pulling down the arms creates all of the pressure required for true espresso. Expect to feel some modest resistance depending on the grind size and tamping, and tune your effort to achieve those perfect 25 to 30 seconds of extraction!
